Rajesh has close to 30 years experience in IT industry spanning across offshore delivery management, solution development, consulting, practice building , business development and account management.

He is currently a Partner with Catalincs, a tech advisory firm which helps small to mid size IT services players to scale and grow with grace through their innovative “Grow First Pay Later” model. Before joining Catalincs, he had more than 2 Decade stint with Cognizant Technology Solutions where he was Vice President in Cognizant’s Healthcare practice, responsible for global delivery to clients across the healthcare spectrum. Rajesh headed the delivery for Payer and Providers which includes clients such as Anthem, Centene, United Healthcare, Change Healthcare, Kaiser and several Blues in the west . Rajesh also focused on people and practice development, business development support for both new and existing customers and development of service offerings aligned to customer needs.

Rajesh has successfully led the complex integration of large Cognizant acquisitions such as TriZetto , TMG and Bolder. In his leadership role as part of the Global TriZetto Integration Office, he established a first-of-its-kind large scale global product engineering organization to enable faster product releases to the market and embrace next gen technology themes to help the existing product suite to stay ahead of the curve. He also delivered the first BPaaS deal for Cognizant (first of its Kind in HC industry) for a large Payer based out of NY.

Prior to that, Rajesh worked on several consulting assignments for major players in the Financial Services and Healthcare industry. He led delivery for several complex Facets implementation projects and has delivered high complex reporting projects for several Healthcare customers. In his initial years with Cognizant, he was instrumental in establishing Cognizant’s footprint in Continental Europe.
