Mahendran Dilli (Mahi) is a proven leader with close to 24 years of experience in Human Resources. His vast experience and expertise span around Workforce planning, Fulfilment strategy to accelerate internal vs external hiring and skilling.

In his previous stints, he had been in multiple roles like HR Mergers & Acquisitions, Diversity and Inclusivity, People engagement and HRBP roles across Technology, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing and BFS.

Mahendran’s approach includes standardization, simplification and execution. At Indium, he is responsible for Strategizing Resource Management Group and Talent Planning.

Mahi holds an Honours Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Madras School of Social Work. He is an aquarist and enjoys pencil art.
