Karthik Bala has 16+ years of experience playing multiple roles in account management, pre-sales, solutions & delivery within software testing industry. At Indium, he is responsible for new business development in the US through solution based selling. He has institutionalized Innovation ecosystems for large programs at the organizational level for customers.

He is in charge of the turnaround of key accounts with a rich P & L management experience. He has been instrumental in managing client relations, and delivery solutions and creating business opportunities in his targeted market. With his sound knowledge on the local market and the skill to work with a culturally diverse group of people, Karthik works with SBUs and large enterprises to create a successful workforce.

He has lived 10+ years in the US working for industry giants such as Schering Plough, Yamaha Music & AIG. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Wright State University, USA & a BE in Computer Science from BIT, India. He is an active member of SPIN, Chennai.
