Karthik (SK) is a proven leader with close to two decades of global experience in Enterprise delivery, business transformation, product strategy and engineering, client relationship management driven with passion and perseverance.

In his previous stint at Mindtree NxT, he was driving the market strategy, product engineering and global delivery of an industry 4.0 platform. Karthik follows the global trends closely and nurtures adoption across teams. In his long stint of 17+yrs with Cognizant, he had donned multiple roles such as Delivery Head of Digital Engineering, Sales and Strategy across the US and India, managing portfolios exceeding $75 million.

Karthik strongly believes in nurturing teams with a lean start-up mindset to bring about domain-driven outcomes. At Indium, he is responsible to identify and drive strategic initiatives across the organization to enable the next leap of growth.

He holds a master’s (MS) from BITS (Pilani) and a PG Diploma in AIML from the University of Austin, Texas. He enjoys reading books, and loves writing poems in Tamil.
