Ramesh has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry in both entrepreneurial and senior management roles. In the past 2 decades, he spearheaded Quality Assurance Business and was responsible for growing it multi-fold.

In his current role as the President Gaming and HR, he is responsible for global operations that includes Human Resources, Gaming SBU, Global Infrastructure, Profitability, Delivery Process and Information Security. Since joining Indium in 2009 he played the role of CTO, Head of Infrastructure, Head of Information Security. He is a Regional Council Member of NASSCOM and Steering Committee member of SPIN (initiative of Carnegie Mellon University, US). He has an MBA from Alagappa University, and is a University rank holder in Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science & Applications from Nagpur University, India. He had the benefit of attending courses at IIM, Bangalore. Ramesh is a certified Project Management Professional from PMI in good standing.
