Jagannath Bharadwaj, known fondly as Jagan among his colleagues, is a proven industry leader with extensive experience in technology engineering and leadership. In the course of his impressive 25-year-old career, he has spearheaded robust technology engineering teams, driving remarkable growth and building a strong customer base for the organisations he has served. His core philosophy centers around building a unified team culture and fostering a performance-driven environment as the keys to achieving success.

In his previous stint as the Head of Ciklum, a global product engineering and digital services company, he incubated, nurtured, and grew the company’s India delivery centres. Prior to Ciklum, he spent over two decades with a NASDAQ-listed Fortune 200 company, Cognizant Technology Solutions, in various delivery management and market-facing leadership roles. At Indium, he will be responsible for global delivery, including strengthening core capabilities, solutions and intellectual property across digital engineering and data and analytics, to drive superior client experience and build long-term valued relationships.

Jagan holds a degree in Computer Engineering from PSG College of Technology. He loves travelling to new places and finds joy in appreciating diverse cultures. Though an avid Golf enthusiast, cricket takes the top spot among his favorite outdoor sports. Additionally, Jagan is an ardent fan of Ilayaraja and A.R.Rahman’s music compositions.
