Basab Pradhan, the Chair of Indium’s Board has had a successful career spanning IT Services, Technology, and Consumer Marketing.

His longest tenure was with Infosys Ltd. where he was Head of Global Sales & Marketing for 5 years. From 2002 to 2005, he led the company’s sales organization as it grew from $400 million to $2 billion in revenues with industry-leading margins. He was Board Director of Hexaware Ltd. from 2014 to 2019 and Chairman of the Board of Coforge Ltd. from 2019 to 2024.

Basab is a graduate of IIT Kanpur and IIM Ahmedabad. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his family.
